At Uncle Jewels, we aim to make your jewelry shopping experience delightful. We offer a 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy, ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our detailed policy below.

Return Policy

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product in a damaged condition or notice that the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, kindly email us at support@unclejewels.com with your Order ID. We will ensure a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Unwanted Products: If you change your mind or do not like the product, you can raise a return request from your account. Please log in or create a new account using the email ID you used for the order. We will arrange for pickup from your doorstep.
  • Return Process: To ensure smooth processing:
    • Record a video of unboxing the product. This is required if you claim any issues like damaged goods, missing items, or wrong products.
    • Note that Gift Boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You can only return or exchange the jewelry.
  • Conditions for Return:
    • Return within 2 Days: You must initiate the return within 2 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
    • Luxury Sets: If you've purchased a luxury set, it can only be returned within 24 hours of receiving it.
    • If you have ordered more than one product, and wish to return only part of the order, the refund will be adjusted based on applicable discounts.
    • Self-Shipping: If you miss the pickup or prefer to self-ship the return, please ensure to take a receipt of the return from the courier.
  • Important Note: If a product is returned, the accompanying free gift (if any) must also be returned.
  • Partial Returns: For promotions like Buy 1 Get 1 or Buy 2 Get 1, all items from the order need to be returned if you wish to return any of the products.
  • Late Returns: If the return request is not completed within the required time, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund.
  • No Refunds on Damaged Products: Any products with physical damage, or custom-made products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Requests: You can raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving your product. Log in to your account or create a new one using the same email ID used for placing the order. We'll arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.
  • Exchanges for Higher-Value Products: If you wish to exchange a product for one of higher value, you will receive a coupon code equivalent to the price of the item you are returning. You can use this code on your next purchase.
  • Exchanges for Lower-Value Products: If you wish to exchange for a lower-value product, we will ship it once we receive the returned item. The difference will be provided in the form of a credit note.
  • No Exchanges on Customized Products: Customized jewelry cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchange Process: Once the returned product is received, the replacement will be shipped to you within 5-7 working days.

Refund Process

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 4-7 days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If payment was made through a discount code, store credit will be issued instead.

Important Terms and Conditions

  • Unboxing Video: To process any returns or exchanges due to damage or missing products, we require an unboxing video.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Any product that shows signs of physical damage, customized items, or products from special offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Return/Exchange Requests via Email: Return or exchange requests must be made through your account; requests sent via email, social media, or phone will not be accepted.
